Duplication Nation and VAWA: In order to truly stop violence, VAWA should be effective, spending every dollar like it is the last dollar, rooting out waste, and making sure programs work and perform up to standard. "I hope these amendments pass because they will have a positive impact on women and our freedom," Dr. Coburn said on the Senate floor.
