The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Procurements and Grants Office (PGO), in Atlanta, Georgia is soliciting proposals for a single award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract to provide International Travel and Logistical Management services. Services are to be provided for foreign dignitaries and public health officials (non-federal employees). Responsibilities will include developing travel itineraries, obtaining passports and/or visas, purchasing airfare, arranging for ground transportation, making lodging arrangements, paying subsistence, and all other travel related services authorized by the individual Task Order and allowed by the Federal Travel Regulations. Responsibilities for conferences, seminars and workshops may include identifying locations and facilities, providing audio visual equipment, paying registration fees, paying honorariums, assisting with check-in as well as providing for any other logistical services in relation to the conference as called for in the individual task order.
This procurement is set aside exclusively for Service Disabled, Veteran Owned, Small Businesses. The period of performance will be five years from date of award. The anticipated award date is August 1, 2010.
The NAICS code is 561920 and the size standard is $7.0 million. The estimated maximum amount of Task Orders issued under the resultant contract shall not exceed $40 million in a five year period.
Solicitation number 2010-N-12098, will be posted on or about April 23, 2010. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available unless specifically requested in writing, via e-mail to Rafael Aviles at fyr2@cdc.gov, In order to be eligible to receive an award resulting from the RFP evaluations, the contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, NO EXCEPTIONS.
